Our 10th stay in Seahorse so that probably says it all! Lovely weather which is always a bonus.
this is our third visit to seahorse in 17 months , probably no need to say more! Love it here. Sunshine all week and no rain . Plenty of seal spotting and also dolphins. Perfect location and would be very difficult to better it. hopefully be back next year.
Lovely cottage and location made for a fabulous holiday. We have had lots of sunshine too. Thanks for the wine a nice start!
Weather great, no rain. Bit windy start of the week but baking hot the last few days. New boat launched , loads of Pollack, herring, couple of wrasse and a couple of codling. Porpoise and seal seen. Nice walks, good meal at the Old Sailors. Hopefully back next year!
What an amazing place-and a fantastic weekend, walked along the cliffs, banking on the rocks, laughter and kayaking. thanks so much this cottage is amazing hope to come again xx
An Idyllic location, Thank you for letting us stay, The cliff top walk provided some beautiful views and then kayaking and seeing the cliffs from a different prospective was such fun, I look forward to return visits.
What a fabulous weekend, talking eating, talking drinking, talking walking, talking and even laughing! So beautiful so comfortable, such a precious time together, hope we can do it again some time!
I was last here in 2010 with family and remembered what a beautiful place it is, perfect for a much needed quite break this weekend. Just me and my Labrador cookie this time, we had a lovely weekend and the cottage & surrounding area, just as lovely as remembered.
"WOW" We've had a fantastic time. Your cottage is beautiful, clean, tidy and the little extras like wood, soap and a bottle of wine made the start of our holiday perfect thank you. The garden was perfect for our little dog Bertie, as were the breathtaking walks. It was a great place to spend quality family time, even our teenage sons agree! (and that's with no mobile signal or internet!) Thank you
I was last here at seahorse cottage in November 2006, when I was more sprightly! I am now eighty five and with the aid of my stick I walk each day to the beach with my lovely daughter and son in-law Elisabeth and Stephen, and I must not forget their dog Ruby a welsh springer spaniel, I am still overjoyed at the wonderful cliffs and colours orange and blue. We walked a little way to the waterfall but had to take care because of ground being slippery. Tuesday was sunny so the crows all around us were exceptional, Thank you for providing us with such a lovely cottage.
Another lovely Stay, Interesting to see the beach change daily. bliss, peace, Splendour and rest. Magical Seahorse!
We really enjoyed our stay- weather better than expected- Woodburner was well used! Very little rain- but plenty over recent weeks, so the waterfall was spectacular! Strong winds at times- so the sea views across the bay were very impressive- we still managed to see a couple of seals, for whom the huge waves were no hindrance, but they certainly kept us out of the water!
Didn’t realise when we booked what a WOW factor was here. We’ve had a wonderful week, so lucky with the weather and the scenery was outstanding. Our personal beach was perfect. I’m sure that we shall be planning a return trip.
We really enjoyed our stay here as usual and found that there were lots of things to do even though we have been here many times before. We were very lucky and had amazing weather for both weeks of our stay. We only had two days when it rained and on one of those days we went to Tenby. A great holiday, enjoyed it so much that we are coming again next year!
Excellent cottage in wonderful surroundings, one of the most relaxing places we have stayed. We were very lucky with the weather. Many thanks.
We have had a lovely holiday, especially at Whitesands Bay where the ice cream was excellent. The woods and waterfalls were terrific. I had lots of fun horse riding. I rode a pretty pony called Bubbles! We got drenched! Grandma and Grandad have also had a good (exhausting) time. Willie, like us, is much greyer than on our last visit!
First time in Seahorse- been in most of the others! Another great week in Pembrokeshire with lots of sun and walks on the coastal path. Friends came and went but we still ended up with more wine! We had frosts some nights but we were warm enough due to the excellent Woodburner.
Amazing weather has helped to make this another great stay at Seahorse. Willie is as lovely as ever. The wild garlic, sublime. Many thanks.
The surroundings cannot be bettered- ideal for our grandchildren and dogs- also so peaceful and no light pollution at night- the night sky was amazing. Would certainly return.
A cottage by the sea, oh so wild, Where the weather has been unseasonably mild An idyll, a getaway from where we can rest and play. Seahorse Cottage, what a restful place to stay.
Had a fantastic time over New Year in the cottage. Thanks for the wine. Location lovely, even in winter. Nice walks even if a bit cold! Thank you for a lovely clean cottage to stay in over a good time of year such as New Year.
Had a lovely Christmas at Aberfforest- the weather has been kind, the cottage is lovely, the little extras- Xmas tree, decorations, flowers with Xmas trimmings have all added to make it special. Had some lovely walks along the coastal path to the beach. What a great place! Mick really enjoyed the woodburning stove. The wine and nuts went down a treat. Thank you for the tin foil on the meat trays-really helped with the turkey!
We didn’t see the seals, but we know they don’t like the dogs barking! Ruby was excited every day, and so was I, the walks, views, all far above my expectations. I must mention how cosy we were in Seahorse especially as you provided all the little things that made preparation of meals so easy, just like home!
Thank you so much for a lovely peaceful therapeutic week. We have had good weather for the most part, enjoyed many lovely walks along the coast path and inland. The dogs had a whale of a time, and Willie was a constant companion! We have found Seahorse to be a great retreat but also a quality place to stay- SO MANY AREN’T! You have thought of everything! THANKS AGAIN FOR A LOVELY WEEK!
Great location, nice cottage, had a thoroughly relaxing weeks, weather was good, and we’re all tanned. Highlights included seeing seals and a sun fish, following dolphins around in our boat, fishing (successfully!) and surfing on the beach. The boys loved the forest, the collies have been fully exercised and all look forward to returning next year. Regards to Willie. His meet and greet each day has been welcomed.
